"Post": Putin personally ordered Trump's victory

The CIA had information that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally ordered his services to help Donald Trump win the US election. This is reported by the US newspaper "Washington Post" referring to its sources. Currently official investigations into possible Russian interference in the US election process continue. Former FBI director James Comy, who Trump fired, announced in a Senate hearing that there was such an interference. A report by the National Security Agency, highlighted by Interspect, showed that there had been Russian hacker attacks against computer systems that secured the electoral process. According to the new information of the Post, as early as August 2016, The CIA has been informed that the Russian President has asked his services to help Trump.
The US administration has also responded on an informal line through warnings to Russia to stop its plans. This included even talks between then-US President Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin, as well as those at diplomatic level and intelligence chiefs.
The White House has also set up a working group to confirm the information and prepare a response.
The focus of the service was on whether Moscow could hack listing lists and voting machines. According to this paragraph, there is a match between Post's information and the NSA's Interspect report. The findings in the report and the current information from the Post are united in one - there was an attempt at Russian intervention in the US elections, but it was not successful. According to the newspaper, diplomatic pressure has played an important role, and the Russians have ceased their plans.
The US authorities have also begun to prepare punitive measures against Russia, which they intended to implement after the election. These included both more sanctions and cyber attacks, and disclosure of information compromising Mr Putin himself. It is not clear how the Trump administration has continued these plans.
