Changes in the rules of Formula 1 2015

Although the changes in the regulations for 2015 season in Formula 1 are not as large as in 2014, but still accepted by the FIA ​​and in force.
Number of engines: Each driver will be entitled to four drive units season. If someone exceeds this number will receive a penalty on the starting grid.
Penalties for engines: Replace whole drive unit no longer results in an automatic penalty. Instead, penalties are imposed cumulatively, based on the individual components of each engine. Unlike 2014, this year sentences on the grid no longer be carried over to the next race.
New penalties: In addition to 5-second penalty, stewards will be able to impose a 10 second penalty for "minor offenses". 
Points rule for double points in the last race on the calendar falls.
Restart of place: The proposal to restart the race from the site was rejected, which means that the restart behind the safety car will follow the same procedure as in previous years.
Virtual Car Security: When the track has double yellow flags, the system will activate a "virtual safety car" (VSC) and so the track will go out the car itself.
Stopping the race: In the event of termination of the competition, pilots must return slowly to the pit lane instead be arranged on the grid.
Pure starting grid: If a member of the team of a pilot or any of its equipment remain on the grid after the 15 second signal he will have to start the race from the pit lane.
Hazardous release from boxing: This year, the teams will receive an automatic 10-second penalty and braking for unsafe release from the pits of the pilot. Furthermore, the stewards will have the right to impose additional sanctions at its discretion.
Closed with a tour pilots: As in 2014, closed with a tour pilots safety car allowed to catch up, but it will no longer be obliged to wait for them to line up in the column before leaving the track.
Suspension: Any suspension, independent front or rear can only react to own weight of the car. Thus, "the connected front and rear suspension" (Front-and-Rear Interconnected Suspension - FRIC) will be prohibited.
Gearbox: The teams will not be allowed to change the gear ratios in the transmission during the season.
Minimum weight increased to 702 kg.
Design of the nose: In order to improve security in the name of beauty, the FIA ​​banned noses as "anteater" and "saber-toothed".
Cockpit: Zylon panels on both sides of the protective cage of the pilot will already be higher and will reach the edge of the cockpit and continue around the helmet.
Seasonal tests: In 2014, teams were allowed two seasonal tests in two days. Now two of those four days will have to be given to young pilots.
